The Blackfriar and The Glean

I really ought to take a few more pictures of the venues we go to and food we eat, but then it’s a sign of a good night when we think about this at the end.

Emma and her old Lancaster University friend, Lofty, had arranged to meet up at Blackfriars in London. So off we trotted on what turned out to be the warmest day of the year so far.

Dave, who was staying with Lofty, also came along with his wife so it was a little reunion. Emma and Dave hadn’t seen each other since their Uni days in 1988.

We ended up in a restaurant around the corner called The Glean where lots of reminiscing was done before we headed home, having had a great night.
